We are seeking 3rd party registration of our QMS and expect to achieve this in 2009. As part of our strategic network we are encouraged to build on our quality systems by our partnership in the Associated Manufacturing joint venture.

We commit to developing Quality Management Systems based on customer service, process approach, lean manufacturing principles and clear metrics.

Quality System
Associated Manufacturing member’s manufacturing and service operations are registered to a number of internationally recognized quality standards, including ISO 9000. Those that have not already achieved ISO 9000 are fully engaged in the qualification and registration process. Quality standards achieved by members include ISO 9000, Lean Certification, ASME (U, PP, R stamps), N286-95 (Nuclear), and various Canada Welding Bureau stamps. Our operations are continuously looking to upgrade their registrations and will meet customer requirements. Individual company websites will provide details of the registrations and the listed company contacts can be approached for current upgrade activities.

Continuous Improvement and Customer Satisfaction
Continuous improvement at All-Tech and at Associated Manufacturing is an integral part of our culture. One of the key strategies of all our manufacturing locations is to constantly improve our processes. Our manufacturing sites are developing quality tool kits that will include Statistical Process Control, Lean Manufacturing, and Process Improvements to help us meet our objective. Key to this is to focus on customer satisfaction measurements to determine our performance in the marketplace.

HSE Management System
AMMG HSE Management System is based on the continual improvement process as adopted by its partners for their Quality Management Systems.  HSE and proactive continuous improvement will be an integral part of our quality system standards and incorporated into partners’ ongoing process/program development and their audit programs.
