We are always looking for better ways to serve our customers and that includes seeking the best suppliers we can source, best in service, best in quality and delivery. We buy from partner members and seek many products and services on a subcontracted basis from our regional supply chain, including many of our core activities when our own capacities are utilized.

The way we purchase raw materials and subcontracted services has a major impact on our ability to give our customers consistent, quality products, on time and at competitive prices. Our Supplier Improvement Process measures ongoing performance and emphasizes ISO 9000 registration. The majority of our suppliers are either registered to this quality standard or well on their way to becoming registered. Our goal is to achieve operational excellence in all aspects of procurement, manufacturing and supply, and customer order fulfillment. We will do this through the use of new technologies, a dedicated and talented workforce, and a commitment to the principles of continuous improvement.
